Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you have informed us that you wish to cancel.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel using the contact form. A clear statement of cancellation is sufficient.

2. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

This applies to in-stock items, preorder items, and batch-order items awaiting production or delivery from our supplier.

An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed to our delivery carrier and is on its way to you.

If your order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process applies. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

3. Returns After Delivery (Change of Mind)

You must inform us that you wish to return an item before sending it back.

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original packaging with labels attached
  • Free from stains, odours, or damage

You are responsible for return postage costs when returning an item due to a change of mind. The item remains your responsibility until it is safely received by us.

We may make deductions from your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items clearly marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products or gift cards once delivered or accessed

6. Preorders & Batch Orders

Some products are sold as preorder or batch-order items. These are not currently in stock and are produced once sufficient customer demand has been reached for a specific variant.

Customers are charged at the time of placing a preorder. When the required number of preorders is reached, we place a production order with our supplier.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

You may cancel your preorder or batch-order at any time before your order has been dispatched for a full refund, even if the production batch has already been ordered from our supplier.

7. Refund Timing & Delivery Charges

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or proof is provided.

Where cancellation falls under cooling-off rights, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable.
