How Preorders Work at StratMeta

Transparent production. No overstock. No waste. No guesswork.

Some StratMeta products are offered using a batch preorder system. This allows items to be produced responsibly, avoids overproduction, and makes it possible to offer colours and sizes that are not always held in regular stock.

If a colour or size is out of stock, you may see the option to preorder it. This means your item will be included in the next production batchfor that specific product and colour.

What happens after you preorder?

  1. Your preorder joins an open batch for that colour.
  2. When the batch is ready to be placed, it is ordered with the supplier.
  3. You’ll be notified when the batch has been placed.
  4. Once the items arrive, your order is prepared for dispatch.
  5. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when your item is on the way.

Why StratMeta uses this system

This approach allows more variety while reducing waste and unnecessary stock. It also helps keep prices fair without storing large quantities of slow-moving inventory.

Can I cancel a preorder?

You can cancel your preorder at any time while the batch is still open.

Once the batch has been placed with the supplier, cancellations are no longer possible because your item is already in production specifically for that batch.

After dispatch, standard returns apply.

Will I be kept updated?
